When and where can I exchange the confirmation receipt I received for my online order, for the actual ticket? 

The confirmation receipts can only be exchanged to the actual tickets on the day of the event, from 7PM, at the entrance of the venue marked with the sign of „CONFIRMATION RECEIPT”!

 May vouchers be used for purchasing tickets?

Yes, you can use SODEXO and ACCOR cultural and gift vouchers for purchasing tickets at the VOLT SHOPs!

What does the VIP ticket include?

The VIP ticket includes:
- Instant, out of turn access at the VIP entrance
- seperate VIP drinkbar 
- comfortable armchairs
- seperate VIP restrooms
- good view of the stage
( the ticket does not include table and seat reservation! )  

VIP tickets can be ordered online at the menu of ONLINE TICKET ORDERS at www.deadcode.hu, via phone at the Deadcode info line: 0036 30 30 30 220 , or by e-mail at  info@deadcode.hu, or they may be purchased in person at the tickets shops trhoughout the country.  The ticket of the VIP tickets:
before 1 April: 10 000 HUF, after 1 April: 15 000 HUF

May light sticks be taken to the event?

No, light sticks are not allowed into the venue! Light sticks will be available for purchase at the Deadcode Shops, for the price of 499 HUF each.

May the personal confirmation receipts be transferred onto an other person?

The tickets with the prices of 4990 HUF,  5990 HUF and the 10000 HUF VIP tickets may be transferred to anyone. The confirmation receipts of the discount tickets with the prices of 2990 HUF and 3990 HUF may only be transferred to other persons if the price is complemented to that of the price of the tickets at the door.

Will there be VIP tickets available at the venue?

If the limited number of VIP tickets is not sold until the event, then yes, there will be VIP tickets available at the venue.

May I exchange my presale ticket to VIP ticket at the venue?

Yes, by paying the price difference of the presale ticket and the VIP ticket, at the VIP entrance!

Will there be a coatroom at the venue?

Yes!

Is there any age restriction at the event?

Yes, the lower age limit to the HYPERSPACE 2.0.1.0. on 10 April is 16 years. Under 16 years of age no admission is allowed.

What kind of video recording devices are we allowed  to take to the event?

Photo cameras are allowed, but video cameras are not allowed to be brought to the area of the event.
  

Where can I get a copy of the poster of the event?

You can order the posters by e-mail at info@deadcode.hu or by phone on this number  0036 30 30 30 220. It costs 1,000 HUF plus postage.

Where can I find a doctor, and who should I turn to if having any problems at the event?

There will be continuous doctor’s and ambulance service operated at the event. If you have any problems, you should turn to the DEADCODE info point, which can be found by the main entrance of the event!
